If you are going on vacation or won’t be able to pick your subscription, we encourage you to send a friend or neighbor to pick up on your behalf.
We are unable to hold bouquets past the designated pick-up date/time or extend additional bouquets if you miss your pick up.
-
Signing up for a subscription means you share in both the risk and rewards of farming with us.
We are always at the whim of mother nature, and although rare, there is always the possibility we may not be able to fulfill due to natural disaster, for which no refund would be offered.
-
After picking up your flowers, get them into water as soon as possible.
Use sharp scissors or flower shears to give them a fresh cut and place them in clean container.
Make sure any leaves/foliage are removed below the water line, and change the water regularly to keep bacteria from clogging the stems.
Our bouquets always come with a packet of flower food to use for your first vase. You can make a DIY flower food for water changes by adding a dash of lemon juice and sugar to fresh water.
Fresh flowers are happiest in a cool location that is out of direct sunlight.
Different blooms stay fresher (we call it “vase life”) longer, so if one fades remove it and rearrange your remaining stems!
Flowers are not supposed to last forever! They serve as a beautiful reminder for us to remain in the present and appreciate the changes of seasons.
-
Prior to the subscription start date, please contact us if you are unable to fulfill your commitment.
A $25 administrative fee will be deducted from your refund.
Once the season has begun we cannot provide refunds unless there is someone on the wait list who is willing to take it over.
Please contact us at rabbitcrestfarms.com for any change or cancellation requests
