Fresh Veggies
Growing vegetables is what got us started in the first place, so we take great pride in our produce, especially our peppers and tomatoes.
We grow fresh seasonal veggies throughout the spring, summer, and early fall which are available every Saturday morning at the Greenville TD Saturday Market, the TR Farmers Market, and select Friday nights at our U-Pick Farm Stand.
You can also find our produce seasonally at Swamp Rabbit Grocery.

Whats In Season

What began with just a few packets of seeds blossomed into a small backyard hobby garden, that then kickstarted a larger pursuit of regenerative farming during the summer of 2020.
It truly all started the Christmas of 2018 when Elijah, knowing Sarah’s love of tomatoes and plants, bought her an assortment of heirloom tomato seeds. A single raised bed of tomatoes soon grew into a backyard garden filled with mostly specialty tomatoes and pepper plants.
Elijah enjoyed growing his hot peppers so much, and they were so prolific, that he started making hot sauce. With Sarah’s design skills and Elijah’s skill for making delicious hot sauces, a cult worthy brand was born, Rabbit Cult Hot Sauce, that is.
Soon the love for making craft hot-sauces was overshadowed by a love for growing fresh food and so Rabbit Crest Farms was born! A few years later, and here we are growing specialty vegetables and cut flowers on a few acres right outside of Downtown Greenville and only a few blocks from where it all began.
